The extra thick construction allows planks to be loose laid in residential applications without the use of adhesives and in many cases can be installed directly on top of existing floor covering. This means the floor can be installed quickly and walked on immediately. For added security or when used in commercial spaces, planks can be glued to the subfloor.

The finish keeps dust, dirt, and grime at the surface where it can be easily wiped clean. Requires no special cleaning methods.
